We understand that plans can change, especially in high-profile households. Our cancellation policy is designed to balance flexibility with fairness:
Standard Bookings
Cancel 21+ days before the event: Full refund (minus any non-refundable deposit or admin fees)
Cancel 8-20 days before: 50% refund
Cancel within 7 days: No refund, as ingredients, staffing, and prep are already in motion

Peak Dates
Require 3 months's notice for cancellation to receive a refund
Less than 3 months: Deposit non-refundable

Rescheduling
We'll do our best to accommodate new dates, subject to availability
Rescheduling within 7 days may incur additional fees

Chef-Initiated Cancellation
In the rare event we must cancel, we'll offer a full refund or help secure a trusted replacement chef

Yes. To confirm your booking and reserve the date, we require:
Deposit:
50% non-refundable deposit upon agreement of menu and event details
This secures your date, covers initial planning, and ingredient sourcing

Final Payment:
Due 7 days before event
For last-minute bookings (within 7 days), full payment upfront is required
